I enjoyed this story very much. The detail to the gardens was beautiful and the mystery suround them was complex and thought provoking. This is my first encounter with this author. I am definitely going to read his other book, The Blue Rose.
The second in the English Garden Mystery series follows retired professor and botanist Lawrence Kingston restore a magnificent garden, solve mysteries dating back to WWII, and even falling in love - a little. Much better than "the Blue Rose"
