So this is the tracking from my package. USPS can't explain how it can get scanned in 2 different cities on the same day. Their only explanation was that the tracking numbers are reused so it is a "ghost" scan from a previous tracking number.. My PBS friend has not received the package so it must have gone to Arkansas as scanned. I am out mailing costs and 2 credits because 2 wish list books were mailed together. This is exactly why I normally use prepaid postage. Very frustrating.
