I sent out a package using DC almost four weeks ago, and this is what the scans have been showing for the past couple of weeks:

  1. Electronic Shipping Info Received
    • Location: ALLSTON,MA
    • Date/Time: 10/30/2007 5:00 PM ET
  2. Enroute
    • Location: SPRINGFIELD,MA
    • Date/Time: 11/6/2007 6:44 PM ET
  3. Enroute
    • Location: SPRINGFIELD,MA
    • Date/Time: 11/6/2007 7:05 PM ET
  4. Enroute
    • Location: DALLAS,TX
    • Date/Time: 11/11/2007 6:37 AM ET

Is there anything I can/should be doing to find out what's going on?  It almost seems as though the package is lost somewhere in the Dallas facility...

Thanks for any suggestions!

It's probably sitting wherever they have the media mail stored at that facility, Laurie. Nothing you can do until they decide there's room to ship it out and on its way. Sorry.

or it may not be sitting in Dallas...it may just not have been scanned anywhere else yet to show any other towns

I live in the Dallas area, and my books move through that facility pretty quickly.  My guess is that it stalled closer to or at the destination PO.
