If you like Janet Evanovich's Stephanie Plum novels, you will like this book. Talba Wallis is a Private Investigator trying to solve the murder of a friend. The characters are well developed and the story lines are smart and intriguing.
Talba is a pretty cool sleuth. Great series.
Strange book, but if you like off the wall plots, you will like it.
