the story of two identical twins, Jack and Tim. this book is the first of two stories about the twins and their lives. this is one, if not the best i have read so far by Kasey Michaels. From the back cover: There are probably worse things in life than being single, filthy rich, and retired before your thirtieth birthday, but darned if jack trehan can think of any. With his major league career prematurely curtailed, his agent trying to convince him to do voice-overs for Japanese commercials, and nary stick of furniture in his mansion, Jack figures he's hit rock bottom. Then finds the wicker basket on his porch--with a real live baby inside. If Keely McBride had her way, she would be decorating lavish Manhattan penthouses. Instead the die-hard Mets fan is struck pinch-hitting at a suburban Pennsylvania interior design firm, with a disgruntled former Yankees pitcher-turned-doorstep-daddy as her first client. In no time, Keely's been swept into a loony household complete with an abandoned infant, a dotty old aunt, and a couple of bumbling would-be obsters...not to mention being swept off her feet by charming Jack, who quickly recruits her as a nanny. Somehow, when it comes to the tantalizing Mr. Trehan, Keely just can't say no. But when he piches her a curveball straight from the heart, it's a whold new ballgame...
This book was just too cute. A light, fun read.
This is a funny romantic story about an ex baseball player named Jack, a baby and his home decorator named Keely and the up's and down's they go through together.
Fun contemporary story about clueless sports star stuck with his cousin's baby...and a decorator desperate to make her business work. Good, light and easy to read.
Very busy book but also a cute book.
Her books make me smile~~
