Some of Kresley Cole's Immortals After Dark (Dark Desires After Dusk and Dark Needs at Nights Edge), though I reccomend the whole series if you haven't read it.  I have Eve silver's Demon books on my TBR, but I can't comment as I haven't gotten to them yet.

Succubus Blues is the first in the series Sandy was referring to.  I just finished it last night and have started book two, Succubus on Top.  This series is by Richelle Mead and so far I really really like it :)

I second the Jenna Black books. The story is about an exorcist who gets possesed herself and realizes that not all demons are the evil, malicious entities that she's been led to believe. I love the books.

Sherrilyn Kenyon's Dark Hunter series is about "daimens" which are actually demons but her editor made her change the spelling back in the 90's before urban fantasy became more mainstream and popular. I guess back then it wasn't ok to write a book where demons aren't the bad guys.

Katie McAlister's Aisling Grey series frequently has demons in it and they aren't all evil. Aisling actually takes a low level demon as a familiar without realizing it. Efrijim "Jim" likes to walk around as a smart-mouthed, shaggy-haired Newfoundland dog. It's quite hysterically funny at times. :)

There's also a demon series by Stacia Kane: http://www.paperbackswap.com/book/author/Stacia+Kane

Demons Not Included by Cheyenne McCray (This is the first in what is going to be the Night Tracker series.)

There was another I read recently that was more a light-hearted romance, but I can't remember the name of it. There was a fallen angel who was assigned a demon to tempt her to the dark side.

Oh, and I really liked Mark of the Demon by Diana Rowland. She has the second, Blood of the Demon, coming out in January.

Julie Kenner - Demon hunting soccer mom books - for lighter demon reading. Very good.  She just came out w/ a new demon series & it looks more "serious" I have the 1st bookd Tainted:The Bloodlilly Chronicles - but havent read it yet.

I second Julie Kenner's Tainted series. I have read the first book and I loved it. It's much more of a darker UF series. Her Demon Ex-Machina (demon hunting soccer mom) series is much lighter and I've heard that it's not as good as the Tainted series.

I have read 'TAINTED"  too and loved it. I am looking forward to the other two in the series. I also read her DEMON HUNTING SOCCER MOM books and loved them . They were much lighter but still a good read and the story was original (which is always a plus for me.)
