It was a question Leonie couldn't quite answer. But suddenly, she knew she couldn't go through w/ her plans of revenge against Guy.
She'd been going to try to make him fall in love w/ her & then turn him down flat--walk away from h im as he had her sister.
Now she knew she hadn't taken into account that Guy was likeable...that her sister had lied...that the warm, fragile relationship between herself & Guy could grow into something real & permanent. If only he could forgive her!
