Just wanted to send a shout out that having a way to eliminate audiobooks from a search was at the top of my PBS wishlist. Thanks for that!

I wish I could say the same. :( I love this place, have received some wonderful books! But unfortunately, I can no longer simply enter an author or genre or keyword or anything for that matter, and have any books come up. All I get is a message telling me there are no books that are within my search parameters. :(

Any computer savvy people out there who can help me?

Maurine,   Did you try "Advanced Search" and enter genre, author or keyword.  I just tried it and got many books.

Also, on your home page, you can find many books in the genre you want.  Did you hit the right arrow on the page?

Thank you Phyllis, Yes I can get a limited amount of choices using the arrows on my homepage, in the genres I've selected. But, well, for example, I'm trying to search for books by Jodi Picoult or Nicholas Sparks and come up with zilch. I've tried typing in different keywords, zilch comes up. I always get the same message in my search, no matter if I choose All Books or Advanced Search. It has to be something within my browser or settings or something. It was all working perfectly before. I really have no clue now.

Sometimes you have to switch the setting from "Posted Books" to "All Books" because if it's only WL it won't show up. I find it easier to search a book then click the authors name. That way it seperates (but still shows them all) what's available.

I had a weird result the first time I searched after the change. Then I saw the new featues that came up on the side and once I figured out how that worked, everything was fine.  You may not have the right settings for the book you're looking for.

Maurine - Take Davesmcperfects advice. Those authors are pretty much all wishlisted. When you get that empty screen you can click from posted books to all books in a pulldown bar above the empty space.

Maurine -- here's a link to a search for posted Jodi Picoult books. If you click on this does it work for you? When I click on it, I see that 7 of her books are available. http://www.paperbackswap.com/book/browser.php?k=&ti=&a=jodi+picoult&i=&bd=&p=&g=0&b[]=Paperback&b[]=Hardcover&pd=&pd_type=e&r=n&s_type=a&l=100&sby=&oby=ASC&saved_name=

I think I figured it out!! I changed some settings on the computer screen and now it all comes up. Before, even though I was trying everything you guys have all been suggesting, I still couldn't get it to come up with any books at all. Now it is!

Thank you all so much!
