Low Carb Crustless Meatball Calzone Casserole

8 tbs - Pizza Sauce (I use walmart brand - it's the lowest carb I've found!)
16 individual - frozen italian meatballs ( I use Mama Rosa's brand)
to taste - garlic powder
to taste - italian seasoning
1 carton - part skim ricotta cheese
I mix the ricotta cheese with the shredded cheese, and add seasonings to taste. Put the cheese mixture into a casserole dish - I use a 9x12 one that is greased with Pam. Then I evenly place the meatballs - usually 4 rows of 4.
I sprinkle with a little parmesan, and bake it for 30 minutes (or til browned and bubbly) at 350 degrees.
It makes four servings, and I serve each with two tablespoons of the pizza sauce.
It is almost as good as the real thing - minus the bloated feeling I always had after eating the crust!!
