These are GREAT recipes - tasty, unusual, and not suffering from blandness the way both vegetarian and low-carb are sometimes wont to be. Replace macaroni and cheese with Luxury Cauliflower Cheese. This is my first low-carb cookbook - trying to trim sugar and refined flours out of my diet - but if I find one as good I'll mention it here.
