If you like low carb and the GI diet, this is the book for you or a great gift book. 100 Great recipes, Breakfast, Lunch & Lite meals, Soups & Salads, Dinner, Deserts and Sweet Treats, like...Pork Vindaloo, Chicken and Bok Choy Stir fry, Vietnamese Beef Soup, Sushi Rolls, Chocolate Mousse with Berries, Fruite Souffle. The recipes are pretty easy to follow, and have the Glycemic Index listed for each recipe.
