This is a good book about humanity's first contact with ET.

It is kind of Authur C Clark meete Ian Flemming. There is plenty of science and science fiction with a good blend of spy thriller.

The characters are well written, the action is good, and the questions it raises are interesting. It made me think of things I had never considered when contemplating our first contact... especially questions of how thw religious world will become involved. Well worth the time to read it.
