I made an error and posted a book as audio instead of paperback, a member requested, I accepted but then realized that member wanted audio. Now my account shows 2 credits pending and I need those credits to be given back to her and the request cancelled, but I see no way to do that. Please assist. Thank you : )

At the top of the page, click on "My Account"," then "Main," then on "Books to Mail." There you will see your incorrectly posted book with a button bar allowing you to cancel the transaction. You will be asked why and you can type in the reason.

There should be a "Cannot Mail" button once the order is accepted.

Yes, there should be a "Cannot Mail" or "Cancel" button you can use...unless you've already marked the book mailed, then only TPTB can cancel the transaction.

If you've already marked the book mailed, go down to the bottom right corner of any page here.  Under "company" click on "contact us," and then use the Feedback option to ask the Admin Team to cancel the transaction for you.  Once it has been canceled, she'll get her credit back if there are no more books posted to the ISBN.  If there is another book posted, the server will order it for her.
