  •  These often contain advertising and cannot be sent MediaMail; even if not, the category is banned from PBS.

You can offer them in teh book bazaar as freebies with an order-just keep in mind that this will up your postage.  You can't ask for a credit for the magazine itself.

Magazines do not qualify for Media Mail.  You could get rid of them on Ebay.  A few years ago I posted some on ebay.  I had to use a different class other than ebay.  I forgot which one I used but it was cheaper than Priority.
