I loved this book! It had the romance, a little mystery, some supernatural woo-woo stuff, and lots of humor. I laughed out loud. Great read!!

A young woman (Rachel) returns home after five years to take care of her mother, who has Alzheimer's. When she gets there, she discovers her mother has hired a parapsychologist (Bryan) because she claims the house, Drake House, is haunted. Rachel is convinced her mother is being taken advantage of, but is impressed by the relationship Bryan has with her mother, so she lets him stay on. It isn't long before Rachel and Bryan develop feelings for one another, and Rachel has to wonder if the strange happenings in the house aren't the work of something supernatural after all......

This book was very good. I especially appreciated how the author dealt with the mother's Alzheimer's disease and her relationship with her daughter. Interesting ending.

This was my first Tami Hoag romance novel. I was pleasently surprised. If you like relationship stories mixed with the supernatural, you will like this book.

Strange things are happening in Drake House: A perfect rose appearing on a pillow...an antique dress materializing out of nowhere...a mysterious spirit roaming the halls. It's up to Bryan Hennessy to convince Rachel Lindquist "Magic" is real. I didn't like this book as well as some of Hoag's other novels.

I read this book quite a while ago, so I don't recall the exact plot. However, I do remember that it is a sweet love story with some paranormal elements.
