I received a request for a book and mailed it on 5/20.  Since it was light enough to go first class, I didn't use DC.  The book has not been marked received, and now I see that the requestor is no longer an active member.  Will I automatically get my credit when the system times out and marks the book lost in the mail?  Or does that only happen when I use DC?

Let me check but I believe that if they have not logged in for 26 days that it will be marked recieved.

Yup: If your account appears "inactive" to the PBS computer, a book that is en route to you will be marked received by the system on the 26th day after it is marked mailed (it will not be declared Lost).

from: I will be away from my account for a prolonged time; how should I handle this?

Thanks, Chris!  I thought that was the case, but couldn't find the right place to look in the help docs.
