Mailing WL multiples

How do I post multiple WL books to a specific person?  I have some listed in a thread that I would like to send together to save postage.  If some one accepts, how do I do this? The books are not on my bookshelf, they are still in my TBR.

You would go to their WL and post the books directly to them. Neither of you can be on vacation hold.

and it is best to check with the person to make sure they want all of them at that point...they may not have the credits to get them right then and you'd be putting them in an awkward position.

Make sure to use the Post this Book button on the right side of the screen while on their Wish List. Don't go into the book details page, don't use the yellow pop up window buttons. You should see their name on the screen after you click on the Post This Book button if you are posting it correctly. Using the button on the wrong screen will result in posting to the FIFO WL line.

Ok, it worries me b/c they are now on hold on my bookshelf, but I did see her name when I was posting.  Thanks for all the help.

You can click the PM button on the wish list hold page to check that the books are posted to the correct person.  Just don't hit send.

If she has the books on auto-request, then you do not see the wish list hold.  The books will just pop up as an order after an hour.

(The name will be tiny and in the side column when you are posting directly to a bookshelf.  Not very noticeable.)

Ok, it worked, I was worried b/c one was a diff ISBN but I guess she took it anyway!

If you posted one of the books to an ISBN that doesn't belong to it, you might want to be sure she knows that so that she doesn't try to repost it that way. She could end up with a RWAP if she doesn't make sure to repost it from the ISBN on the book.

No, I posted it with correct #, but that was not on her WL, but it still went to her.  Yes, I didn't want her to RWAP b/c of diff #.

Well, that's some fancy foot worksurprise I am guessing your ISBN was not WLed so she was able to just request it from your Bookshelf?

I may not be understanding this exactly, but if you are sending a book that doesn't match the ISBN of the book she had on WL she could RWAP you for sending the wrong book.  For example, I just received a book published in 1969 with a Library of Congress Catalouge #, not an ISBN. I ordered a 1996 book with ISBN#9780132441384- Healing Yourself With Foot Reflexology. I am asking for a credit refund. The older book is titled Helping Yourself With Foot Reflexology. I will not repost this book and am hoping to someday get the originally requested book.

She probably added that one to her WL after PMing you and your post and was the only wisher.
