This book asks a lot of questions in order to help each reader face tough issues left over from the past. It will help you realize how your unique personality was shaped, why you may be stuck in inertia or depression or just not feeling sucessful, and how to change the parts of your personality that you don't like. There is a deep spirituality to this book with many quotes from parts of the King James bible. It is not going to be a light read for some people, even though it is a very slender book. It took me two months to get through this-because there are alot of recommended thought processes involved. But it has helped me a great deal to be able to forgive those who have hurt me in the past.
