If you cannot swap books here you should really remove them from your Bookshelf so people do not order them from you.

Postage outside of the US is currently prohibitive to having international membership.

You also should remove your e-mail address from your profile.

You are welcome to participate in the forums, though.  And if you ever have access to a U.S. address, such as  a U.S. military, consular or embassy address, you'd be welcome to participate.  I agree with Amber, though, that you should remove your personal email address from your profile.  One of the advantages of this site is that we communicate through the site's message system rather than through email.  It's not a good idea to put your email address on a public forum.

There's an international book trading site called Bookmooch.  But it can be very expensive to mail books internationally.

How could someone even join this site with an address in another country?

You don't have to enter your address when you join, only when you start trying to order or accept an order.

Ahh, I didn't realize that, Patty.  It's been so long since I joined that I couldn't remember.  Thanks for the answer!
