Has anyone read anything by her? I stumbled across a couple of her books on PBS and ordered one that looks good. I can't figure out if they're more mystery, more romance or what?

Any insight would be great because the whole set (the ones set in Maine) looks like something I'd love to read.

I read Catch of the Day, and really liked it.  That's the only one of hers I have read- I have the rest of that series on my RL and will someday get around to those.  But I really enjoyed Catch of the Day.

I've only read some of her older stuff, Loveswepts.  She was one of my favorite authors in that line.

I've read one of hers..think ithad 2 stories in it..about brothers. then realized I had missed at least one book prior to that one. I liked it and have gotten a few more of hers but they're stil in mt tbr. The one I read I'd consider light romance..dont' recall any hot graphic sex but hunky men and Maine and 'family'. a feel good kinda read..hmm..maybe I should find the others of hers I have and keep them handy!

Thanks! I was hoping to get positive feedback.  The one I ordered was Blueberry Hill but maybe I'll go back and order Catch of the Day too.

Any other comments?

Christmas on Conrad Street is the one I read..gosh just added some more to my reminder! and there's at least one that comes before the one I read because the couple was already married in this one. The 2 stories can stand alone though but the woman in the 2nd story was the fiance of the guy who's already married in this one...

ETA and this is 'weird' but I just love the cute covers!

Susanna - if the cute cover thing makes you wierd then I'm right along with you! :) That was what piqued my interest to begin with about Blueberry Hill. The cover was just so darned cute! And then the book itself sounded cute too.

I did go back and order Catch of the Day. That looks like the first one.  I'm not sure where Blueberry Hill falls in but I know the one with the two guys you're talking about - I saw that. Gosh, maybe I ought to go order that one too!  :)  Yes, I think that's where I'll go right now. lol

I've been on another binge .... I purged my books, got rid of quite a few and now I seem to think I need to order more.  When. Will. It. Stop. (???) lol

ETA: I saw Christmas on Conrad Street was wishlisted but I still put it on my Reminder List ... along with another one that was wishlisted. The line isn't too long so after I read a couple I'll flip them to my wishlist. Unless I simply can't live without them sitting on my shelf waiting for me, that is.

I miss the lack of cute covers nowadays. That was how I used to know the book inside was likely to be a light contemporary romance. Maybe even with some humor if it was a cartoon cover!

I'm supposed to be reducing my TBR and not buying so much LOL but it's not working..well I"m better than I was but still not there yet. trying to set some goals next year so whenever I feel like buying a whole bunch of books I think of what I could spend the money on besides those..did that this  year a bit and while I 've still bought a bunch it's nothing like I've done before..and there are certain authors I'll still buy when their stuff comes out(like Robyn Carr and Kerrlyn Sparks) but not so many I'm just 'curious about' unless I can get them here or one of the ubs around here.

Susan, I'm about halfway through this series and I really love it!  It's a contemporary romance series and the stories all are based on a small town in Maine.  I'd recommend them all!

I need to figure out which ones I have and w hich ones I still need to get! I think I have catch of gthe day and one with a blue cover..wasn't sure if they all went together or not.

another sorta 'sweet' light easy-reading romance set around christmas is A Coventry Christmas..the cover reminded me a bit of these..think it's by becky cochrane? something like that..
