HAS ANYONE READ HER I STARTED A BOOK CALLED DEAD MIDNIGHT BY HER AND FIGURED OUT IT IS PART OF A SERIES OF BOOKS DOES ANYONE KNOW IF YOU MUST READ THEM IN ORDER/

I think a person misses a lot by reading the series out of order. Sharon goes through some very interesting character development along the way since the series goes back about 30 years. I think one can enjoy each mystery as a stand-alone, but the stories make much more sense if they're read in order.

Oh I definitely agree with Les.  The characters, the entire sense of place grows, develops and changes over the years, well now decades.  Yes, they can be stand-alones but I am so glad I have read them all and in order.  I truly almost feel like all of those characters are a family that I know really well.  That's one of the things I love about that series.  And Muller--what an amazing writer. ..
