This is kind of a sequel/prequel to the book "The Story of the Trapp Family Singers" by Maria Von Trapp, but it is more about her than the others. It starts with telling about her father, and then how she ended up at the abbey after college. Then it fills in a little bit of what was told in "The Story of the Trapp Family Singers," and continues with what happened after it. By the end of the book, all of the Trapp Family is grown. Like the absolutely wonderful "Story of the Trapp Family Singers," this is a very enjoyable read, and fantastic book.
