This series of books is fun, full of adventure, very well written, and thought provoking. Loved by all ages. Makes excellent reading for groups - family, school, whatever. Mariel is a brave, stubborn, pirate fighting mouse maid with a wonderful bevy of co-horts.
An incredible romantic adventure as told through the eyes of a medeival mouse! Imagine if medeival ages were lived not by humans, but by small animals in a magical world. Great reading!
My boys, "who don't like to read," love this series! Wonderful!
