This is a reprint. It first came out as a Harlequin Historical.
I really enjoyed the story. It features a marriage of convenience. Hero needs someone to look after his wayward, eccentric stepmother, while the heroine (considered plain by the hero in the beginning, which I love) needs protection and a home.
