I had ordered 3 books from a member and when they showed up  2 of the 3 I had to mark RWAP. I also asked for my 2 credits back.  The member told me that the books she sent out were in perfect condition when she sent them and asked me to send pictures of what was wrong with them.  I sent her pictures and I haven't heard a thing back from her and it's been 5 days. So should I go ahead and mark this unresolved or wait a little longer?

You should wait 7 days for an answer.  After that, use the Contact Us link at the bottom right of the screen and send in Feedback to the PBS team and let them know you didn't get a response to your PM.  Non-response to PMs is a no-no!

Before you mark it unresolved check your Credit Registry, she might have just refunded the credits and not said anything else.  I've had that happen to me before.

You can also go into your transaction history & under the "Has this transaction been resolved" (or something like that!) button, you can click "Member not responding to PM's".  This will generate an automatic e-mail from PBS to the member, and I have found it to be quite effective at getting someone to respond.  You can change the status to not resolved later if you should need to.   Good luck & I hope you get your RWAP resolved.

Your person may also be concerned about the weather.  I put myself on vacation today because I have no idea what this Hurricane or TS or whatever Earl is now will do in my area (Suffolk County, NY)  So maybe check where it is from ?

Good luck,

Denise

Denise M, DS is stationed in NC...said they got some light rain, kinda wussy.  No doubt these things are difficult to predict accurately, but hope your storm experience wimps out too!
