I received 2 books on Wednesday from one member. She did not mark them as mailed. I pmed her but have received no answer back. I'm afraid they left for a vacation right after the books were mailed. She has until tomorrow before PBS cancels them. What should I do?

Contact PBS and ask them to mark the books mailed.

Or, let the system cancel them, then go into your transaction archive and there will be a button that asks if the books were received.  You can report that they were and give the member credit.  Just make sure, if you do this, that you cancel any other orders for this book as PBS will re-order the book from another member once the first order is cancelled.

If PBS re-orders the book for you, you might not be able to catch the 2nd order in time to cancel it. This just happened to me a few weeks ago. I PM'd the other person, trying in vain to get them to Mark Mailed ... and then that 1st order timed out, and the 2nd person accepted and printed the re-order of the book before I was even awake the next morning. (You guys on the East Coast are 3 hours ahead of me !!!!!)

Next time if I don't get an answer to the PM ... I'm just going to get PBS to do it for me.
