If someone sends me say 5 books, marks they are sent all together, why can't I mark them received all in one step instead of going through all 5 each of which has 4 steps to complete, and takes forever on dialup???

I imagine it would be in case on or two of the 5 were messed up and needed to be marked as received with a problem.

I think the reason is that you then have the opportunity to mark any of the books as "RWP" (received with a problem)...so for example, if 4 of the books were fine but one had some water damage which would make it unpostable by PBS standards, you could mark that one only as RWP instead of the whole transaction.

That's the only reason I can think of. Anyone else?

Edited to add--LOL, posting at the same time :)

So what if they had a box to check if one had a problem, just like they do if you have someone pick 5 from your shelf, you can click 4 as you are sending, and 1 you are not.

That'd be nice.
