This book was written by the late Mary Kay Ash who founded the Mary Kay Cosmetics company. It is a GREAT book for anyone wanting to learn better people management, even the everyday person.

It's a bid dated in some of her examples. But when you overlook that, Mary Kay has some pretty good tips for managing employees and business. I enjoyed reading it.
