1965 cookbook featuring recipes for the blender. I never knew one could make so many things using a blender for all or part of the preparation. There are many, many recipes here - baking, appetizers, salads (the jello and shredded meat sort) salad dressings for the vegetable sort, and just about everything else. No photos here other than what's on the dust jacket (the author's pic on the back) and I must admit, I really relish the food photos (sorry, terrible pun but I couldn't resist). The book text is reasonably sized, but is not laid out so that the recipes paginate well. I always find it easier to read cookbooks when I can see the whole thing on one page, but hey, it means they got more recipes in the book.
