A little slow in places, but overall a good mystery!
Another great book to read on a rainy day. Good writing, a good amount of twists and turns to keep it interesting. I was happy to see it didn't evolve into a sappy love story, as a lot of these types of books tend to do.
DEath is only the beginning....The last days of Mary's life were reduced to inhumane torture at the hands of a madman. And though he was caught apolice blunder leaves Mary's killer free on a technicality. He's now turned his maniacal attentions to Margaret, Mary's mother. Despite her fear and revulsion, Margaret is transfixed by the man who shared her daughter's last moments. As she digs into the psyche of Mary's killer and into old secrets from her own past, Margaret realizes what she must do. Call it justice. Call it revenge. Call it madness. But for Margaret and her beloved lost daughter, the highest price has already been paid-so now rules of law and decency no longer apply
I DIDN'T EXPECT THIS BOOK TO BE AS GOOD AS IT WAS! I REALLY COULDN'T PUT IT DOWN. IT WOULD BE A GOOD BOOK FOR ANYONE WHO LIKES CRAZY TWISTS AT THE END. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
