Satisfying story about Dracula in the modern day. Saberhagen has written a series of Dracula books and this one lands in the middle somewhere. Consistent characters and a quick read, I like his books for summer reading.

" He was once called Dracula, but in Chicago in our day he is known as Matthew Maule. John Sutherland, like the rest of the family, calls him Uncle Matthew. After all he's an Old Friend of the Family and has risked his un-life more than once to protect the Sutherlands."
With Matthew comatose, it is their turn to protect him.
