Anyone know anything about her?  Like her books?

I'm currently reading Rakes and Rogues - an anthology, and she did one of the stories in there, and I'm really enjoying her writing style.  Of course lots of writers do better on the shorts, but still, I did some searching, and while there aren't many reviews for Maura Seger books, there are several for Josie Litton, and they seem to be generally pretty favorable.  I was wondering if she had any fans lurking about:P  I'd like to give something novel length a try, and I'd love some suggestions.

I've read one or two of the Litton's, they didn't make a big impression on me.

Personally I love Josie Litton's work. But then I love almost any medieval historical romance :-)

I've got Dream of Me and Believe of Me in my TBR, but I haven't read anything of hers yet. I picked them up because of the favorable reviews, and I was looking for some viking romances that wern't incredibly cheesy.

This story that's in the anthology is not great, but I got the impression from reading it that it's a longer book that got edited and lopped down into a short story.  I don't know how good it would have been, but I kept thinking I'd like to see all of it:P  I went ahead and ordered a Dream of Me/Believe In Me 2 in 1 book - which means if they suck, I still got both books for 1 credit - lol.  And I also ordered Into the Storm under the Maura Seger pseudonym.  Well, I actually have no idea which one is a pseudonym.  Maybe both:P

Kim, I got two of Linda Howard's as a 2 in 1 and LOVED them both -- Midnight Run and .... okay, I forget the other one's name.  Maybe you'll be lucky --- for sure you have to let us know.

I think I read 1-2 by this author (Litton), she wasn't God awful, but nothing really special about her either, to be honest.

The first story from  that book, Dream of Me/ Believe in Me, did pull my heart strings , so it wasn't a complete waste of my time..... I think fans of Garwood, Johanna Lindsey ( easy/light reads) would like her writing style, however, if you prefer the more intellectual writing styles of Loretta Chase/ Judith Ivory, I doubt you'll be impressed.

Ack!  Don't mention Julie Garwood!  You'll trigger a hairball:P

There are plenty of authors like that out there - they get the decent reviews, seem to have a pretty solid fanbase, and then you try them out, and it's like, "Huh?  They got a DIK review from AAR for this?"  I hope she doesn't hit me that way, but if she does, it's hardly virgin territory for me:P
