A book that covers the discouraging topic of societal materialism and debt by examining how the devious and merciless banks (with no small amount of help from our legislators) lure people in with easy credit, then literally hound them to the brink of destitution (or death in some cases). Above all, the books tempered some ideas I had about personal responsibility for getting in debt. Can't wait to see the movie that accompanies the book.
