Anyone familiar with these? I just got the first two in the series at the library but I haven't started them yet. If you've read them, what do you think?

I haven't read them, but there is a PBS member (Cheryl R - Spuddie) who reads a lot of historical mysteries.  And she highly recommends Alan Gordon's series.

It's one of my favorite series...I absolutely love Feste the Fool!

I finished the first book in the series just yesterday and I really enjoyed it. I have book two waiting for me at the library. :)

Yes, I highly recommend Feste. I'm glad to see someone else who reads historical mysteries from the earlier times. The Medieval period is my favorite, I spend most of my time there. It's difficult finding others on pbs to trade the oldies with, though.
