Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper. Place fillets, skin side down, in a lightly greased baking dish.
Combine mustard, butter and honey and brush on fillets.
Combine breadcrumbs, pecans, and parsley and spoon mixure evenly on top of each fillet.
Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily.

We buy large salmon fillets from Costco's and adjust the honey mustard sauce and pecan coating mixure according to the size of fillets being used.
