I have an audio version of this book (cassettes), and for a portion of one of the tracks (about 10-15 minutes) I heard an "echo" of another track.  I could still hear the storyline, but the echo was there and then it was gone.  I'm not sure if it was just my cassette player or if there was something wrong with the cassette, but I don't want to post it to my bookshelf, just in case.  As I said, I was able to listen to the entire book.
