I had the "singles" version of this book for years and, in my opinion, it is one of the very best and most useful books on dating and marriage relationships that I have ever read. I consistently draw from and use the lessons and metaphors from the book in my everyday life, which is more than I can say for most books. Since I lost that copy and am now married (and was trying to get a copy to lend to friends having marriage issues), I decided to get the marriage version of the book. I find it pretty similar except for a couple of chapters, and I think the same good basic info is presented. It might be just because of my experience, but I think I preferred the singles version just a bit more.
