I really enoyed this book and was so anxious to get to the end. I really would have liked to seen a different ending though. Ms. Bryant did an excellent job of keeping you trying to figure out which one is it. I look forward to reading more work by this author

The only two "complaints" I have about this are that it's a little on the confusing side and the sex scenes. The confusing parts I tried not to be too harsh in my thinking about because with 4 different woman, not to mention their husbands, and their lives there is bound to be confusion in a book only 270-some pages long.
The sex scenes... what to say. I'm not easy to offend and even though I find I can't really read much erotica sex scenes, for the most part don't bother me. They especially do not bother me at all, even the very graphic, when they give to the story instead of take the place of the story. But here there were many and in a few places, well, in a lot of places, they seemed to be filler. That did bother me. It seemed like Bryant wanted the language to be as "on the edge" as possible and I don't get the reason for that.
The characters all fit the story wonderfully and the writing is talented. I have two of Bryant's other books, Live and Learn and Show and Tell are the titles I think and I think I'll stop there after reading the sequel to this book, Mistress No More. I expect the sequel to be just as good, if not better, but her other books look a little too romantic for my taste.
Hopefully she'll shy away from all the super graphic sex scenes in Mistress No More, it could be a five star book for me if that happens....
