I received two RWAP books out of 4 in the same box.  I marked the first one correctly, but I clicked on the wrong button on the second one, and it doesn't show as RWAP now.  Is there any way to go back and change that??  One of the books looked like it had been dropped in water and smelled like it had mildew in it, and the other was falling apart with about 50 pages falling out of it and a ripped spine.  I didn't ask for my credits back, because I wasn't planning to repost them anyway, and they are old books that are hard to get, but I wanted it on record that the books were RWAP.  This is three RWAP books in one week so far.

Followup:

The sender nicely resolved the problem on both books, so it turns out to be a mute point.  Thanks!

not to be rude- but it is not a moot point for all of the members of pbs

marking unpostable books as rwap protects us all. after a certain number of rwap your membership is in peril...

please please please mark books as rwap if they do not meet the posting guidelines. there will be a place to mark your progress in a settlement with the member who sent you a rwap. that will show the team the the member who sent a rwap corrected the problem to your satisfaction- or not

but they still sent a rwap and need to know this is not allowed... and the team needs to know so they can keep an eye on members who send rwaps often- and give them the book if it happens too often!

i understand that jeri- my post was more in response to the "moot point" post. more of a reminder on how important it is to mark books rwap...

not much can be done when you make a mistake- maybe a pm to the team and the sender
