This book is excellent for teaching recipes, history, and introducing/explaining yummy Mexican foods.
Since getting the book, I've learned to rely on it for great tasting meals.
Plus, there were a couple of recipes that I make on a regular basis- but they were prepared differently. I tried it the book's way and most of them were way better than the way I had been!
