I was disappointed by this book. I have read others I liked from this author, but this just didn't keep me in the story. The writing style just kept making me aware I was reading a book, not experiencing a story. Maybe the problem was the switching viewpoints. I did finish the book because the story itself was interesting and I wanted to see how it ended. Much of it was predictable, but I did like the ending.
