How are these books? I have them and want to start reading them but wanted to know some opinions first. I just couldn't get into the Lords of the Underworld series I tried. Loved BDB though.

thanks

I LOVE Lara Adrian's MIdnight Breed series..if you liked BDB you will like these.  The Breed Series is more in line with BDB than the Lords of the Underworld series.  The Midnight Breed series is way better than the Lords books, in my humble opinion.

I didn't like the second novel (Kiss of Crimson) in this series much.  I did like the third (Midnight Awakening) though.  Possibly much of my irritation in the second one came from the heroine who rang false to me.

I just started the Midnight Breed Series by Lara Adrian, and Im hooked.  It is very similar to the Black Dagger Brotherhood, but more what I considered light weight.  Meaning you want have to keep flipping to the glossary to familiarize yourself with frequently mentioned terms.  With that said, both series, although similar, are both VERY GOOD, and I plan on reading each 1 by 1.
