This is his first novel, and boy is it good!
It's primarily about Lourdes shrine, but with separate stories about a number of people hoping for a miracle cure of their illnesses. I enjoyed reading about Bernadette, her life, and her devotion to the Virgin Mary.

At one of her visions of the Virgin, she is told that the Virgin would return and perform another miracle cure. A secret which Bernadette never divulged to anyone.
Now the story really gets good. We follow the lives of 4 people praying that they will see the Virgin and be given the Miracle Cure".

I hated to see the book end, which was fantastic!

A GREAT READ!!!!
