Does anyone else not get the RWAP option after clicking that you have received a book?  Sometimes I get it, and sometimes I don't.   Fortunately, I've rarely had to mark a book this way, but there are times when I'm not even given the option.  My only options, in these cases, are the "yes" and "no"  boxes.

TIA for any answers.

Sue

I've always gotten the "Yes, but with a problem" button when marking a book received.

That option is not available if you've sent the book to an alternate address.

If you have the book sent to an alternate address, it doesn't give you the RWP option.  Any other thoughts out there?

Thanks for your answers but, unfortunately, that doesn't completely answer my situation.  All of my books are sent to an alternate address (my husband's office).

can you change your address to your husband's and the if you want something mailed to your house then use that as the alternate?

sounds like unless you do that then you can't mark it RWP...why I don't know but apparently that is the case
