Mix half of the ketchup and half of the brown sugar. Set aside for topping.

Mix together remaining ingredients and put in baking dish.  Cook in oven for about 40 minutes.  Take out and spread ketchup/brown sugar mix on top. Bake for an additional 5 min. 

I use Sweet-n-Low Brown in place of brown sugar.
