I definitely sent the wrong book to someone.  I told them to keep it and I will send out the correct one.  Do I reprint the same label.  She hasn't marked it received yet so I am thinking I can't print a new label for the same transaction.  I used pbs dc.

No, you cannot reuse postage labels.  Each label has a unique ID/DC number.  As soon as the DC is scanned it will show up in USPS's computers as being a reused label and they see that as a big no-no.

So does that mean I have to handprint the address and get dc from the p.o.?

You can use the mail to a friend option.

ETA - I used that option in similar circumstances recently.
