What he didn't know was that he was going to meet a teenage Cherokee girl and fall in love... He didn't know that there would be a gold rush in 1828... Most of all, he couldn't know that men who were digging gold from a mountain known as Raven's Cliff, and mining iron ore in Pennsylvania would turn to killing each other in a dispute known as the Civil War.
