Nice, normal diet for loosing weight and feeling better. Like all diets you have to follow it for a while to get any benefits. Indeed, it does provide sensible ways to lose weight. No tricks or wild ideas. Lots of good recipes, for example: Lo Cal Fresh Strawberry Jam; Tomato and Chile Salsa; French Mustard Vinaigrette; New Orleans Hot & Spicy Fish Stew: Kung Pao Chicken with peanuts; Honey Glazed pork Roast; Toasted Fideos (these are vermicelli coils, and the recipe is delicious); Broth Fried Broccoli with Ginger; Cinnamon Marbled Orange Walnut Cake.
