Historical erotic romance from New Concepts. Classic tale of the impoverished, young, less attractive woman, living with a strict and cruel Aunt - with a few twists. Demi is in love with one of her beautiful cousin Phoebe's marriage prospects. Her aunt has a plan to marry Demi off to an unscrupulous Reverend. But fate and true love have a way of changing the best of plans. Sweet love story. Although I don't care much for Historicals, I enjoyed this one. The characters are likeable, the plot solid, with a few surprises, and sex scenes are steamy.

I was intrigued when I read the trailer on the back cover, but was ultimately disappointed. This was no different than all the other historical romances that flood the market. Erotic? hardly. Violence? just fisticuffs. The best part of the book is the cover.
