Need suggestions. I am in the mood for a good series. I like books set in the late 1800 thru the 1950's. Don't really care for hot and heavy romance. Just looking for a good story. Finished reading Tea Rose and Winter Rose and LOVED them. Any suggestions would be appreciated!!

Have you read      No Angel
ISBN-13: 9781585674817 - ISBN-10: 1585674818

I really enjoyed it, passed it on to several friends and we all ended up reading the next 2 in the series.

I too loved Tea Rose and have Winter Rose on my TBR shelf.

Diana Gabaldon has the Outlander series.  It is late 1700s through early 1800s.  It starts with Time Travel but that is just to get the characters together.  The rest is historical fiction seen through modern eyes.  They are good and she has a spin off series about Lord John that caries on through the same time period.
